Cancellations and Refunds

At The Other Angle, we understand that sometimes plans change unexpectedly. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent for all parties involved.

Cancellation Policy
  • Cancellations Made 48 Hours Before Appointment: If you need to cancel your photography session, please do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within this timeframe will be eligible for a full deposit refund.

  • Cancellations Made Within 48 Hours of Appointment: Any cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment are not eligible for a deposit refund. This policy is in place to compensate for the time and resources allocated for your session.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. Rescheduling requests made at least 48 hours before the appointment will be accommodated based on availability.

No-Show Policy

Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

Weather Policy for Outdoor Sessions

For outdoor photography sessions, we understand that weather conditions can be unpredictable. To ensure the best possible outcome for your photoshoot, we will discuss the weather forecast with you at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.

  • Rescheduling Due to Weather: If adverse weather conditions are expected, we will offer the option to reschedule the session at no additional cost. Your safety and the quality of the photographs are our top priorities.

  • On-the-Day Weather Issues: If unexpected weather issues arise on the day of the session, we will work with you to find the best possible solution, whether it involves rescheduling or finding an alternative indoor location.

Client Satisfaction Guarantee

At The Other Angle, your satisfaction is our highest priority. We are committed to delivering high-quality photographs and ensuring you have a positive experience.

  • Quality Assurance: If you are not satisfied with the quality of your photographs, please let us know during the review period, prior to receiving your final images. We will work with you to address any concerns and make necessary adjustments.

  • Re-Shoot Policy: If you are still not satisfied, we offer a complimentary re-shoot, provided the request is made within the review period. The re-shoot will be scheduled based on availability and under similar conditions to the original session.

  • Refund Policy: If after the re-shoot you are still not satisfied, we will offer a partial refund to ensure your experience with us remains positive and fair.
